Meeting Schedule

The Society meets four times a year. Our Winter Gathering is early in the year and just for members to meet up and talk about what we did over the winter. Our other three meetings involve visiting bridges and other nearby historical sites, as well as voting and discussing Society business.

The 2026 meeting dates and counties have been determined. The dates are below. As more information becomes available, it will be added below.

Winter Gathering of the ICBS

On February 22nd, 2026, we will have our Winter Gathering at The Harrison at the Golf Club of Alexandra. The address is 1912 S Park, Alexandria, IN 46001.

We will gather for a nice lunch at 11:30 A.M. Please email Andy Rebman if you are planning on attending.

Spring Meeting of the ICBS

Our Spring Meeting for 2026 will be on May 2nd and 3rd. It will be in Wabash and Grant counties. Greg and Teresa McDuffee will host this tour.

Summer Meeting of the ICBS

Our Summer meeting will be on July 25th and 26th, 2026 in Greene and Vigo counties. Maria Lee will host this tour.

Fall Meeting of the ICBS

Our Fall meeting will be on September 26th and 27th, 2026 in Fountain and Vermilion counties. Andy Rebman will host this tour.

The 15th Annual 'Dinner on the Bridge' on the historic Medora Covered Bridge.

Please join us for the 15th annual 'Dinner on the Bridge'. This is an evening meal on the Medora Covered Bridge in southern Indiana. It is scheduled for August 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. on the bridge. Come early, shop the merchandise tables and take photos of the bridge. Tickets and more information can be found here.
